Hello Clients,

To keep your costs down while covering my fees to maintain services, Wilde Heart PT is reducing previous set session costs but adding a 3% fee for any credit card purchases including HSA and FSA. Any cash or venmo payments are exempt.

  • Call or text David: 801 870-0329.

  • 60 min appointments: $220 (Perrin Client: $200)

  • Follow up appointments: $150 (Perrin Client: $130)

• Contact Tim McOmber Mental Health Counselor to schedule an appointment

  • Call or text Tim: 385.269.9789

  • 60 min appointments: $140 (Perrin Client: $120)

• Please limit appointments to no more than 1x per week

Be advised of the 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be responsible to pay the cost of your visit.
